Description

Email allows written messages to be sent over the internet. Once you are registered with TU Delft as an employee or student, you will automatically be assigned an email account.To access the mail box you use your NetID and password.

Applying

Employees and guests
Once you are registered with TU Delft, you will receive both a NetID an email address, and you may use the email service.

Students
Once you have registered as a student with TU Delft, you will be assigned both a NetID and an email address, and you may use the email service. 


Handling time

Once your registration is completed by the P&O department (processing period is approx. 6 weeks), the SSC ICT will create your account information. This takes one business day. For information on the status of your registration, the contact person listed on the application form may consult the HRM service department.


Charges

There are no fees charged for use of email services.
