Negative (interim) recommendation

The interim recommendation in March provides an indication of whether you will achieve the requirements for the BSA. If you have received a negative interim recommendation, it is important to determine the reason for your poor academic results. You can always contact the academic counsellor of your faculty. You can also contact the Career & Counselling Services for workshops and training courses for improving your study skills.

When you receive a negative binding recommendation at the end of August, you cannot register for the study programme. Termination of enrolment will have consequences for your tuition fee, student grant and student travel pass. Information concerning termination of enrolment can be found on the CSA website.
