Studying with a disability

Studying with a disability often costs extra time and energy. This website provides information on which facilities and modifications you are entitled to and how you can arrange to use them. Don't let these opportunities pass by and let us hear from you! Often it is possible to prevent extra delays in your academic progress.

Facilities and modifications available to you in the Netherlands and at TU Delft might be different to what you are used too in your country of origin. Sometimes it takes time to arrange certain measures, so the sooner you apply the better!

What do we mean by 'disability'?

This refers to conditions of a chronic or permanent nature, which consistently hinder you in participating in education and/or taking examinations. This includes all motor, sensory or physical disabilities, as well as conditions such as dyslexia, RSI, chronic fatigue, depression, chronic illnesses, etc.
