Enrolment projects & DSE

AE2111-1 System Design

All students that need to participate in the project AE2111-I System Design in September 2015, and are currently not nominal first year students, must register themselves by emailing the responsible instructor, W.A.Timmer@tudelft.nl and education-ae@tudelft.nl, before August 15th. Students that started their propaedeutic phase this year, and receive a positive BSA (or postponed (‘aangehouden’) advice from the Board of Examiners), will be automatically placed on the list and do not have to register. All other students that want to participate in the project are required to contact the responsible instructor.

AE2223-1 Test, Analysis and Simulation

Note that registering in OSIRIS is mandatory. Enrolling in blackboard does not count as registering. During the first period (from September 2015 to October 2015), you can enrol (Go to OSIRIS > Register > Register for Course Module > Search the course module) for the project. Since only students that have registered can be admitted to the project, students that are not yet certain of meeting the entrance requirements (with the results up to and including the first period) must register as well! In case of mitigating or special circumstances, please visit the academic counsellors during the registration period and register in OSIRIS.

In December 2015, all students that have registered and met the prerequisites are contacted to confirm their registration. Only after students confirmed their registration, is their enrolment completed.

AE3200 Design Synthesis (DSE)
Registration for the Fall 2015 DSE closes the 7th of september 2015. Registration for the Spring DSE 2016 opens in November (week 2.3) and closes on the last day of this period (week 2.8). Registering in OSIRIS is mandatory. Go to OSIRIS > Register > Register for Course Module > Search a course module. After the registration closes, Education & Student Affairs will check if you meet the requirements stated. Only if you meet these minimal requirements, you can be admitted for the DSE! Individual deviations from these requirements are not taken into account. Students who encountered study delay due to special circumstances (reported medical, psychological or personal circumstances) and nearly meet the requirements, please visit the academic counsellors during open office hours before September the 7th, 2015.

There will be no e-mails sent to announce the registration process. It is the responsibility of the student to watch the relevant messages closely and take appropriate action. Failing to register on time automatically implies that a student will not be admitted to the DSE. Please contact the academic counsellors in case of mitigating circumstances.
