Now in its fourth year, the Ardagh Group IMTP is a unique opportunity for fresh-thinkers from technical and engineering backgrounds with the desire to lead and manage others.

Trainees spend 24 months working in both our Glass and Metal divisions, in various departments and functions of the business across numerous different countries.

Person Specification

Qualifications:  MSc Graduates with Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering Backgrounds

Languages:  Fluent English with 1 other Ardagh Group Language spoken fluently, and willingness to learn additional languages

Work Experience: Must be able to evidence having worked alongside studies to gain real-world business understanding

Cultural: Must have lived, worked and or / studied in a country other than their home country / culture

Further Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel; to relocate to a new country every 6 months with as little as 1 months’ notice. Must be able to live and travel freely across the EU at short notice.
