You are

Athlon will train you in different aspects of the IT landscape. The best way to find your way in a complex and challenging environment. Recently Athlon has been acquired by Daimler, the company that produces Mercedes Benz and for instance also runs a Formula 1 team! No small feature. They are not going to put you back in the school benches, but you will start as a business analyst for one of our domains. You will be responsible for designing the processes, methods and system solutions in coordination with the key departments of Athlon.

A few examples of the domains: Digital Customer Journey, Telematics, BI, Security, Governance, HR Systems, Finance & Control.

You can

  • Your main tasks are to understand the business requirements and to structure them into IT demands;
  • Furthermore you are responsible for the documentation of the IT domain-related solutions and business processes;
  • You are consulting between the business and IT department to provide domain related services for our stakeholders;
  • You describe the results of functional, non-functional and technical requirements in a way that they can be implemented by IT suppliers;
  • In addition you are responsible for the change management process and you consult the business department to specify change requests;
  • Together with IT colleagues, stakeholders, experts and external service providers you design new business processes for domain related services of the Athlon group in Europe;
  • Align to business architecture.
