Outgoing teaching staff exchange (Erasmus+programme, within EU)
Staff exchange is facilitated by the international office of the faculty. Please ask permission from your supervisor first and inform the secretary of your plans. Then contact us to inform if there is an exchange agreement already or if it can be made for your visit. The agreement includes the phrase that the incoming staff should teach for at least 8 hours during his/her stay at your department.
Once there is an agreement, please contact erasmusgrant@remove-this.tudelft.nl to apply for the grant. Documents (other than the exchange agreement) should be signed  by your department / the receiving department. Please keep your secretary updated.

Outgoing training staff exchange (Erasmus+programme, within EU)
Training exchange is not facilitated by the international office of the faculty. There is an allowance for following a training abroad. The training should be at least 5 working days (maximum 6 weeks). Please ask erasmusgrant@remove-this.tudelft.nl for the possibilities.  There is no need for an agreement with the university you go to.

Incoming (student and staff)

Incoming exchange students for studies (both within Europe and outside of Europe)
Incoming exchange is facilitated by the international office of the faculty. We can only accept exchange students under the exchange agreements we have with certain universities. Please send emails from students and staff with questions about student exchange (agreements) to us.
Students are only accepted in the minors (BSc students)  and in the MSc1 programmes (MSc students). Once accepted, we ask students for 3 choices for course packages. We try our utmost to place the students in one of these 3 choices. Students will be informed about the outcome. It is never allowed to change the course package or to choose courses from several packages! If students ask for a change of their courses, please refer them to our office!

Incoming exchange student for thesis
It is not possible to only do a thesis here. We only offer  Master 1 packages to the students. If students contact you please refer them to us.

Incoming traineeship with Erasmus+ scholarship (not being PhD)
Some (graduated) students would like to do a research at TU Delft funded with an Erasmus+ scholarship (different from PhD!).  However, it is not possible to come here for traineeship or a short research project, even not if the student receives an Erasmus+ scholarship.

Incoming teaching staff exchange (Erasmus+programme, within EU)
Staff exchange is facilitated by the international office of the faculty.
If you would like to invite/receive a staff member from another university, please contact internationaloffice-bk@remove-this.tudelft.nl to inform if an exchange agreement can be made for the visit. Please also inform your secretary/supervisor of your plans. The agreement includes the phrase that the incoming staff should teach for at least 8 hours during his/her stay at your department.
Once there is an agreement, the documents the incoming staff member brings with him/her should be signed by the head of your department.
We refer foreign staff who contacts us for staff exchange to the secretaries.
